Since 2007 Marc has worked in the Hardware and Industrial channel. Marc grew up in the sales rep business but spent time working for a manufacturer to better round out his skill set. Today, Marc helps lead selling efforts across all the different coop and industrial segments.

Farhad joined JMI in 2020 with over ten years of experience in the Hardware channel. Farhad has held various Merchandising and Supply Chain roles at Ace Hardware and was Director of Sales at Creeden before joining JMI, bringing both a buyer and sales mentality into leading the business forward.

Jay’s career in the industry stated in 2008 working at a manufacturer. Jay grew up in the sales rep business learning from his Father, Uncle and Grandfather. While working for manufacturer Jay developed his own skill set and understands the importance of advertising, promotional strategies and executing product lines to drive market share and profitability.
BS Accounting and Marketing from Depaul University
Remington joined JMI in 2017 and got promoted into sales in 2019 after completing a 2-year training program. Prior to that, he worked in the Farm and Agricultural industry handling B2B sales. Today, Remington is leading our True Value business.
