Farhad has over 10 years of experience in the Hardware channel and has held various Merchandising and Supply Chain roles at Ace Hardware and was Director of Sales at Creeden before joining JMI, bringing both a buyer and sales mentality into leading the business forward.

Marc Dabaco

Since 2007, Marc has worked in the Hardware and Industrial channel. Marc grew up in the sales rep business but spent time working for a manufacturer to better round out his skill set. Today, Marc helps lead selling efforts across all the different co-op and industrial segments.
Megan Saafir

Megan has a passion for retail and has led growth in the hardware, home improvement, specialty, and drug channels throughout her career. She joins JMI with 11+ years of experience as a vendor across the hardware, building materials, personal care, baby care, and home care categories.
Tony Tran

Growing up in Silicon Valley, Tony coded his first website at age 12 and has continued his leadership in this space for the last 20+ years. Ecommerce infrastructure, technology, and sales effectiveness were the foundation of his youth and remain his passion today. Tony has a proven track record of mastering SEOs and increasing transactions through the online shopping experience by incorporating tech business processes, online marketing, and a consumer-centric focus based on analytics.
